For Dietitians & Practitioners

Functional nutrition education grounded and designed for real practice

Functional nutrition offers dietitians a powerful way to understand complex cases more clearly. But without the right foundation, it can feel overwhelming, fragmented, or disconnected from scope.

My work supports dietitians who want to integrate functional nutrition thoughtfully using systems-based thinking, clinical reasoning, and nutrition-first principles that fit within real world RD practice.

This is not about protocols or quick fixes. It’s about learning how to see patterns, prioritize foundations, and guide next steps with confidence.

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place

You may be here because:

  • You’re seeing increasingly complex or layered cases

  • Clients are doing “everything right” but not improving

  • You want to understand why symptoms persist

  • You’re curious about functional nutrition but unsure where to start

  • You want clarity before jumping into advanced labs or protocols

Many dietitians reach this point. The solution isn’t more tools, it’s a clearer framework.

Ways I work with pracitioners

My philosophy for practitioner education

Functional nutrition education should be:

  • Foundational before advanced

  • Food first, not supplement heavy

  • Grounded in physiology and systems thinking

  • Clear about scope, ethics, and collaboration

  • Designed to integrate into your existing training

I teach functional nutrition as a way of thinking, not a list of interventions, so you can apply it responsibly and confidently across many types of cases.

This course is intentionally Level 1—designed to prepare you to think clearly and decide when deeper learning (such as advanced lab training) is appropriate.
