I work one-on-one with individuals who are navigating complex or persistent health concerns and are looking for a root-cause, whole-person approach to nutrition.
My work is grounded in functional nutrition principles and focuses on understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the nervous system interact over time. Care is collaborative, individualized, and designed to meet you where you are.
I currently offer 1:1 nutrition care through Nourish, a virtual platform that makes it easy to access nutrition support from home.

When appropriate, I collaborate with or refer to other healthcare providers to ensure you receive comprehensive care.

When appropriate, functional lab testing may be incorporated to provide additional insight. Labs are never required and are only recommended when they add meaningful support the nutrition plan. Any lab testing is discussed collaboratively so you understand the purpose and next steps.
