I work one-on-one with individuals who are navigating complex or persistent health concerns and are looking for a root-cause, whole-person approach to nutrition.

My work is grounded in functional nutrition principles and focuses on understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the nervous system interact over time. Care is collaborative, individualized, and designed to meet you where you are.

I currently offer 1:1 nutrition care through Nourish, a virtual platform that makes it easy to access nutrition support from home.

Nutrition care is not one-size-fits-all. Our work together is designed to help you better understand your body, your patterns, and what may be contributing to your symptoms without rushing to quick fixes.

Not every client needs labs or supplements. When they are used, they are introduced intentionally and conservatively, as part of a broader nutrition-first plan.
